Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms apply to all promotional offers, bonuses, and incentives provided by 1Win (operated by 1Win N.V., licensed under Curaçao eGaming License 8048/JAZ2018-040) on the domain slideapp.pk. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Bonus Terms and promotion-specific terms displayed on individual promotional pages, the promotion-specific terms shall apply only to the extent they are more restrictive or clarifying; otherwise, these general Bonus Terms take precedence. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by all terms herein.

You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for any bonus offered by 1Win. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You must have completed full account verification, including identity and address verification, before any bonus can be credited to your account. You may hold only one active account with 1Win; if multiple accounts are detected on the same person, household, IP address, or device, all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited and your accounts may be closed. Employees and contractors of 1Win N.V. and its affiliates are not eligible for bonuses. Bonuses are available only to new players meeting the specified criteria for each promotion, unless otherwise stated.

1Win offers various types of promotional bonuses, each governed by these general terms and any specific conditions published on the promotion page. Welcome bonuses are credited upon your first qualifying deposit and may include a deposit match, free spins, or a combination thereof. Deposit match bonuses provide a percentage of your deposit as bonus funds (for example, 100% match on your first deposit). Free spins bonuses grant a set number of spins on designated slot games; these are credited separately from your cash balance. No-deposit bonuses may be offered to new players without requiring an initial deposit, though account verification is always required. Reload bonuses are periodic offers available to existing players on subsequent deposits. Cashback bonuses return a percentage of your losses over a specified period. All bonuses are promotional funds and remain the property of 1Win until wagering requirements are met.

Every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount you must wager before you can withdraw any bonus funds or winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x or 40x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or a combination of both, as detailed in the promotion terms. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the net amount wagered (stakes minus returns) across eligible games. For example, if you receive a bonus of ~PKR 5,000 with a 30x wagering requirement, you must wager ~PKR 150,000 in total stakes on eligible games before the bonus is considered fully wagered and you can withdraw.

Not all games contribute equally to your wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of all wagers toward the requirement, meaning every PKR wagered on slots counts in full. Table games (such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat) and live dealer games typically contribute only 10% to 20% of wagers, or may be excluded entirely, depending on the promotion. Video poker, scratch cards, and certain other games may have reduced contribution rates or be excluded. Games explicitly listed as excluded contribute 0% and do not count toward your wagering requirement. You are responsible for checking the promotion page for the specific contribution rates applicable to each bonus. Playing excluded games or games with reduced contribution rates while attempting to meet a wagering requirement may be considered bonus abuse.

While a bonus is active on your account and you have not yet completed the wagering requirement, your maximum single bet is restricted. The maximum bet is typically the lower of: ~PKR 1,000 (or equivalent in your currency), or 10% of the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a bonus of ~PKR 10,000, your maximum bet would be ~PKR 1,000. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The specific maximum bet for each promotion will be stated on the promotion page.

All bonuses must be claimed within a specified timeframe from the date they are credited or offered to your account, typically within 7 days. Once claimed, you must complete the full wagering requirement within a specified period, commonly 48 hours for free spins and up to 30 days for deposit match bonuses. If you do not claim the bonus within the claim period, it will expire and be removed from your account. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and removed from your account. The specific claim and validity periods for each bonus will be clearly displayed on the promotion page.

Some bonuses are subject to a maximum win limit, which caps the total amount you can withdraw from winnings generated using that bonus. For example, a bonus may specify a maximum win of 5x the bonus amount; if you receive ~PKR 5,000 in bonus funds, your maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings would be ~PKR 25,000. Once you reach the maximum win limit, any additional winnings are forfeited. The maximum win limit, if applicable, will be stated on the promotion page. After you have completed the full wagering requirement, you may withdraw any remaining bonus funds and winnings, subject to the maximum win limit and any withdrawal limits set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

Certain strategies and behaviors are strictly prohibited when using bonuses, as they constitute bonus abuse. You must not engage in low-risk betting strategies, such as betting the minimum on one outcome and the maximum on the opposite outcome, with the intent to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk. You must not place correlated bets or hedge bets designed to reduce variance or guarantee a profit regardless of the game outcome. You must not use VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your location or IP address while claiming or using bonuses, as this may violate our terms and applicable law. You must not share bonus offers with other players or coordinate bonus claims across multiple accounts. You must not attempt to exploit system errors, glitches, or unintended bonus credits. If 1Win detects any of these behaviors, the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited, your account may be suspended or closed, and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

1Win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time, with or without notice. If a bonus is modified before you claim it, the new terms will apply to new claims. If a bonus is modified after you have claimed it, the terms under which you claimed it will generally apply; however, if the modification is necessary to prevent abuse or comply with legal requirements, the new terms may apply immediately. 1Win may cancel a bonus promotion entirely if it is being exploited, if technical issues arise, or if circumstances change. If you have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently cancelled, you will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms, or the bonus may be removed and your account credited with any remaining bonus balance as cash.

These Bonus Terms are part of 1Win's overall Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Bonus Terms and the main Terms & Conditions, the main Terms & Conditions shall prevail, except where these Bonus Terms explicitly provide more restrictive or specific rules. For example, if the main Terms & Conditions prohibit a practice and these Bonus Terms do not address it, the prohibition in the main Terms & Conditions applies. Your use of any bonus constitutes acceptance of both these Bonus Terms and the main Terms & Conditions. If you close your account while a bonus is active or before the wagering requirement is completed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited immediately. If 1Win closes your account due to breach of these terms, violation of the main Terms & Conditions, or suspected fraud or abuse, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and your account balance may be withheld. You will not be eligible for any compensation or refund of bonus funds in these circumstances.
