If you violate this Fair Play Policy or engage in prohibited behavior, 1Win may take the following actions: temporary or permanent suspension of your account; forfeiture of any winnings derived from the violation; forfeiture of any bonus funds or free spins; confiscation of remaining account balance; and referral of your case to relevant regulators and law enforcement authorities. The severity of the sanction depends on the nature and extent of the violation. You will be notified in writing of any sanction and the reason for it. You have the right to appeal a sanction decision by contacting our support team within 30 days.

If you suspect that a game outcome was unfair, that another player engaged in collusion or fraud, or that 1Win has violated this policy, you have the right to report your concern.
